Easy 90-Day Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
To start a return, simply contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief note about the issue. Our team will reply within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) with simple return instructions.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 90 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include a clear photo in your email — we’ll send a replacement or full refund immediately, at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and production reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Final-sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards or digital downloads.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem — just email [email protected] and we’ll ship out a new item as soon as your return is confirmed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If it’s still missing, contact us directly — we’re happy to help.
